More experimenting

The white hanging out of the cool project bag is the start of the "Bedazzled Butterfly" from my book. The scraps in gold are some early "rough drafts", that with more work may lead to new earring designs. I bought the cool project bag from DS9Designs at the I.O.L.I. convention in August. I have really not done many blues in my dye batches, so no matter what, I've got to do blues next. Check out the gorgeous blues in these Morning Glories!

Marilee - I love the project bag. It is a new exchange project in another blog and it just gives me idea. For me - blue is everywhere in my HDTs. Its half way done and I am in full gear with my master's project so it will only come later this year.

I love my project bag... make that bags (I have two)! I can't wait to see what you come up with in blue... it's my favorite color!

I love DS9 bags too, got 2 from Debbie, but a pity, I haven't got the shuttle bag which came out sometime after I bought the tatting bags. And congratulations on your new book!

Marilee, I love the project bag you have. It looks like it would be very handy for carrying tatting around in.

It's really a nice, roomy bag, side pockets for small items, and my bead jars fit, everything. I think it was a very good investment.

Zarina, hope all goes smoothly with your master's project. Looking forward to seeing your HDT's!

Diane, you are so energetic! If you could bottle that energy and sell it on etsy, I'd be sure to buy some!

Shuttle bag???!!
Singtatter, I don't remember seeing any shuttle bags, but I bet those are cute, too. Thank you for the congratulations - the book was a lot of work, and I'm glad it's done.

Thank you, Clyde, I like this well-made project bag much better than the plastic grocery bags I used to use. The crochet hooks don't poke through this one.

Oh so many lovely things to see here today. Aren't those bags just awesome, and the Morning Glories are so refreshing to look at, I am not familiar with a lot of blue flowers.

Thank you, dantatter and tattingchic, I'm glad you enjoyed the photos. The Morning Glories are beautiful at this time of year, but as soon as we get a really cold night, they will be done. Must enjoy them while we can!
