Colorful result of careful mixing, painting, curing, rinsing
Here is a photo of me hand painting thread with dye. The next picture shows the finished result, a lovely batch of "Garden Afternoon" hand dyed thread.
I believe your blog heading is new! Very striking and colorful! Beautiful 'stained glass' tatted pieces, and also a photo of the process of hand painting threads; then this post was about that process! It helps to understand how this is done.

ooooh Cool heading graphic! I really like it a great deal. Each time I use a skein of yours, I'll have that photo in my mind. LOL I'm glad you do it because I never would have the get-up-and-go or 'want to.' But I do love tatting with hdt! X Bev
For me, the colors go all around the circumference except those that have very few colors involve. I really need that kitchen island to avoid all those bending during HDTing and cutting my fabric for quilts.
