Wishing all joy and peace, good spring weather, great friends, lots of new flowers, and extra tatting time!
Recycling an old photo here, since I've been too busy to make any new Easter things. The satin eggs are from Handy Hands. Easy to decorate - just pin tatting on.
I love the tatted eggs.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! I've been trying to get enough courage to decorate some eggs.. Still haven't gotten the Christmas balls down yet! Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to you too! Love the tatting on the eggs.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful eggs! Well, I wouldn't even remember the old photo so no worries here! Lovely!

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea and soooooo pretty!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYour tatted eggs are bee-yoo-ti-ful!
ReplyDeleteI own a few satin eggs but haven't had the nerve (Katherinne's word, courage, might be a better choice) to decorate them. Too worried that they wouldn't turn out as delicate and lacy as in my mind's eye.
Yours look as delicate and lacy as in my mind's eye. So pretty!
The only tricky part is getting the tatting to fit around the egg. But, with separate motifs that isn't a concern. I don't remember if the pins leave holes in the satin or not - and I don't want to take the lace off to see, LOL! But, thank you all for the nice comments.
ReplyDeletelovely things your making!
ReplyDeletethese eggs are so pretty - the deicate colours are wonderful.
