"Roses" in the snow

That's genuine Wisconsin snow there, with a fresh batch of my HDT "Roses" crammed into a glass vase on top. Just finished stocking my Etsy shop - with the hand dyed thread, not the snow (grin).

What a wonderful way to display your gorgeous thread! Are you sure the snow's not for sale? ; )

Thank you, Heather - I'll keep an eye out for those bookmarks.

LOL, Diane - if only the folks who have more than enough snow could figure out how to sell it to folks who "need" the snow - don't think it'll happen in my lifetime, oh well. Yet another 4-6 inches of the fresh stuff today...sigh.

Valerie, I'm glad you find the colors cheerful!

Thank you, Tattycat. If I recall correctly, you are one of those folks who'd love to get the snow included :-)

TattingChic, glad you like the picture. I am lucky that the sun happened to be shining at the time.

What a wonderful presentation of colours. Your roses HDT really does brighten up a snowy day, but then again so do all your HDT's.

very pretty Sherry.

Thank you, RainbowRose, but I'm not Sherry, I'm Marilee :-)
(Please don't be embarrassed, it's a very common mistake, LOL. We both make HDT.) Sherry's blog is at
http://ladyshuttlemaker.blogspot.com/
Unless you mean the other Sherry, she also has a blog
http://celticdreamweave.blogspot.com/
Are we confused enough yet? LOL!

Clyde, I'm glad to hear that the HDT brightens your days.

So, Tia, you are the one! I knew somebody had asked for the "Roses" HDT to come around again.

Yes that was me :) after I saw your Blog post I went straight to Etsy *lol* now I just have to wait for the postman...

Thanks, Elizabeth, I hope you'll be just as pleased with this new batch.

BJ. glad you like the availability of solids. I think there are all sorts of creative possibilities by combining solids, and/or white, with the variegated threads.

Thank you, Tia, it's on the way!

Tia, the totally amazing delivery speed is all due to the efficiency of the U.S. Postal Service - those hard-working folks deserve a big round of applause!

Thanks, Bonnie. I like how this batch turned out, too.
