Finished the mission of a new batch of hand dyed thread for this week, with the help of "number 1" (my husband, Jan). An invasion of tangles threatened the "promenade deck" (studio) but we straightened them out without needing to get out the "photon torpedoes" (scissors).
The "planet below" (kitchen) yielded a treasure of rare "geological findings" (polymer clay beads). When viewed under white light emitted from the "nearest star" (sun) they bear a striking resemblance to a previous batch of hand dyed fiber in my collection. The "ship's counselor" (muse) has recommended a creative course of action that will produce a calm, relaxing effect on my brain waves, without the risk of a holodeck malfunction. Future developments will be documented (I'll tat a funky, one of a kind necklace from these supplies, and show you the results later :-)
