My day of tatting at Concinnity

That's me tatting at my vendor's table in the maker's fair at the Concinnity convention, with my tatted jewelry on display.
That's me with a very tall, thin, dashing "gentleman" that I think came from far, far away :)
Robots of the creative, well engineered kind.
Shopper and a vendor of steampunk accessories.
 Vendors of hats and fascinators.
 Happy shoppers in costume.
 More shoppers.
A "statue" and "barbarian" stopped at my table.
I think the angel "statue" is praying for me to have a successful day :)
Steampunk hats and paraphernalia.

I had a lot of fun doing this event! Seeing all the cool costumes was interesting enough in itself. Plus, lots of lookers, potential new tatters, and enough sales to cover my table fee and make a profit. I'm glad that I went!

It looks like a lot of fun! I'm afraid I'd have been so busy people watching, I wouldn't have fine anything else!

Looks like so much fun! And fyi the "statue" costume is a Weeping Angel, from Doctor Who. They're really, really, really creepy.

Oh, a Dr. Who character visited my table then, how cool! The "Weeping Angel" that spoke with me didn't seem creepy at all, though, lol :)

There was a lot more going on at this event besides the Maker's Fair, my photos are only of this area since I had to stay near my table, of course. Definitely a fun event, and I would like to do it again next year.

Yippee! You had a fabulous time, by the looks of things. I was particularly charmed by the Weeping Angel who visited you. Love seeing folks who put the time and effort into a Weeping Angel costume.

Wow...it looks like a great turn out, and what lovely tatted items you had on your table. The other tables were very interesting to.

This is definitely an unusual area for tatted lace to be showcased, but it fits right in with the Victorian fantasy world of the very inventive (to say the least) steam punk group! I agree with Diane and the people watching! I love your outfit - it was perfect! So glad you had a great time and had good sales. I'm sure your work was admired and appreciated! You have a fantastic display!
