Trying JTatter's 3D Tatting Platonic Solids

The very talented designer Yulia has an Etsy shop called JTatter, where she sells her unique tatting patterns and tutorials. Many are 3 dimensional and all are stunningly beautiful! I've tried a few of her Platonic Solids and it's making me feel like I'm learning the properties of geometry in a fun way!

I enjoyed tatting this Icosahedron motif designed by JTatter

I tatted cubes some time ago, so I know that these are fun but not easy! I do like these, am going to follow your links, thanks.

Hello, I tried to leave a comment but it's not showing so not sure if I did it wrong! I was wondering if you would mind sharing what thread and bead sizes you used for these? They are fab and I would like to try the pattern but it doesn't give any indication of materials to use. Thank you!

Size 20 Lizbeth metallic for the purple and the gray (silver). The round beads are 3mm, the seed beads are size 11/0. The colorful pair is size 20 hand dyed thread with 3mm round beads.
