Sleeve edging in progress, from a pattern in the book "The Tatted Artistry of Teiko Fujito". My plan is to alter the sleeves of the white jacket by removing the cuffs, adjusting the sleeve length, and then add the edgings. I plan to take new photos of the jacket when the sleeves are finished.

I love your idea! The book has many wonderful patterns for lace you can use in many, many ways.

That's a great idea! I do like that book.
The jacket is already gorgeous. It's going to be even prettier when the sleeve edging is finished. I can hardly wait to see it.
